Ingredients
- 2 eggs (beaten slightly)
- 700 gr beef (lean ground)
- 240 ml dairy sour cream
- 220 gr soft bread crumbs
- 160 ml evaporated milk
- 120 gr deviled ham
- 60 ml water
- 32 gr flour
- 16 ml catsup
- 7 gr onions (grated)
- 2 gr dill weed
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr allspice
- 1 gr pepper
Combine beef and ham with milk, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, salt, allspice, and pepper. Shape into meat balls about 5 cm in diameter. (If desired, meat balls may be smaller.) Carefully arrange meat balls in slow-cooking pot. Cover and cook on low for 2.5 to 3.5 hours. Turn control toHigh. Stir in flour that has been dissolved in quarter cup water. Add catsup and dill weed. Cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Turn heat off; stir in sour cream.
