Ingredients
- 240 ml cream (light)
- 200 gr fettuccine
- 110 gr butter
- 85 gr cheddar cheese
- 60 gr parmesan cheese
- 1 gr pepper
Cook fettuccine according to directions.
Melt butter in top of double boiler. Add remaining ingredients andcook until smooth, stirring constantly.
Remove when hot, but do not boil. Toss in noodles.
