Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 fiddleheads
- 1 bisquick baking mix
- 240 ml milk
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 gr salt
Heat oven to 160ºC . Butter 1.5 L casserole dish. Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in fiddleheads and cheese. Pour into baking dish and bake about 1 hour, until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean.
