Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 lard
- 500 gr flour
- 450 gr brown sugar
- 240 ml water
- 200 gr sugar
- 170 gr raisins
- 30 ml water (cold)
- 8 gr flour
- 5 gr baking soda
Filling: Boil and cool. Put between cookies before baking. Note: Combine ingredients for dough while filling is cooling. Roll out, cut, spread with filling. Bake in moderate 180ºC . oven.
