Ingredients
- 2 cilantro (minced fresh)
- 1 sesame seed
- 120 gr radishes (julienned)
- 100 gr cucumber (julienned)
- 100 gr lettuce (finely shredded)
- 30 ml distilled vinegar (white)
- 20 ml kikkoman soy sauce
- 8 gr sugar
- 2 gr ginger root (minced fresh)
-ORparsley Mix first 5 ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves. Combine radishes, cucumber and 3 Tablespoon. dressing; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss lettuce with cilantro in large bowl. Pour radish mixture and remaining dressing over lettuce; toss lightly to combine.
