Ingredients
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 broken pecan (pieces)
- 1 tart apples (ground)
- 250 gr all-purpose flour sifted
- 200 gr sugar
- 95 gr shortening
- 38 gr sugar
- 22 ml buttermilk
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs and apples. Sift dry ingredients together. Mix with sugar mixture; add pecans. Stir in buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into greased 10x6x3 inch loaf pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top. Bake for 1 hour at 180ÂșC
