Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 375 gr flour
- 180 ml molasses
- 170 gr soft margarine
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 10 gr ginger
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Mix all ingredients together well. Make balls of dough the size of walnuts, and place them on a greased cookie sheet 3-4 inch apart. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 160ÂșC for 6-8 minutes. Or, if you like, refrigerate overnight. Roll out cold dough for cookie shapes cut with cookie cutters. If dough is sticky, add flour.
