Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 300 gr sugar (white)
- 250 gr flour
- 230 gr chocolate chips
- 230 gr butter softened
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Mix flour, salt, baking soda in small bowl. In large bowl cream butter until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Add egg and vanilla until fluffy. Stir in flour mixture and chips. Shape into 1.5 to 5 cm balls; place 8 cm apart on ungreased cookie sheet. (5-6 per large sheet) Bake 350 degrees on middle rack 25-30 mins. Cool on cookie sheet.
