Ingredients
- 1 egg (white)
- 1 recipe by anita
- 280 gr brown sugar
- 250 gr unbleached flour
- 170 gr margarine
- 60 ml molasses
- 10 gr ginger
- 5 gr cinnamon
- 5 gr baking soda
- 2 gr allspice
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven at 350. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, baking soda,and salt. In another mixing bowl, combine egg white, margarine, and molasses. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Cover and chill dough for 1 hour. Then, roll dough into 3 cm balls and place 5 cm apart on unprepared baking sheet. Bake for dozen minutes or until golden brown. ----
