Gingered Ham Slice

Slash fat edge of ham. Whisk briskly the ginger ale, orange juice, brown sugar, vegetable oil, ginger, mustard and cloves. Pour over ham in a shallow dish. Refrigerate at least 2 hours and preferably overnight. Spoon marinade over ham frequently. Brown on grill over medium coals, or broil about 13 cm from the heat for about 15 minutes on each side, brushing frequently with marinade. Per serving: 276 cal; 26g pro, 13g carb, 13g fat(42%)
