Ingredients
- 1 1/2 granola
- 1 egg
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 160 gr all purpose flour
- 110 gr packed brown sugar
- 65 gr shortening
- 5 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr baking soda
Heat oven to 200ºC . Grease bottoms of dozen medium muffin cups., 2.5x 3 cm. Beat in brown sugar, shortening and buttermilk thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fill muffin cups 0.75 full. Bake until light brown, 20-25 minutes. Immediately remove from pan; serve warm.
