Ingredients
- 1/2 summer squash (yellow)
- 120 gr zucchini
- 5 ml virgin olive oil
- 2 gr leaf oregano (dried)
- 1 gr pepper
- some garlic
Slice zucchini and squash in thin rounds. Mix with garlic, oregano, and pepper, and place in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 2 minutes or until just tender.
