- 425 gr smoked ham (diced)
- 350 ml whipping cream
- 350 gr pasta noodles (hot cooked)
- 260 gr broccoli (chopped)
- 80 ml dijon-style mustard
- 1 gr pepper (white)
- 1 package mushrooms
-ribbons, or vermicelli In an large skillet, combine cream and mustard. Bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients except pasta. Heat throughly. Serve over hot pasta., Serves 4-6.
