Ingredients
- 450 gr cubed turkey ham (cooked)
- 300 gr potatoes (diced cooked)
- 120 ml cream (light)
- 110 gr sharp cheddar cheese
- 18 gr pimento
Heat oven to 350�. In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1.5 quart casserole. Cover tightly. Bake 45 minutes.
