Ingredients
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 hash browns (frozen thawed)
- 230 gr beef (ground)
- 120 ml milk
- 110 gr melted butter
- 40 gr onion (chopped)
- 8 gr cornstarch
- 5 ml worcestershire sauce
Press potatoes into a greased 23 cm pie plate or quiche pan; brush with melted butter. Bake 10 minutes while preparing meat filling. Brown meat and onion; drain. Combine milk, eggs and cornstarch. Stir into meat. Add cheese and season with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into hash brown crust and bake at 180ÂșC or 30 to 35 minutes.
