Ingredients
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 loaf cocktail rye
- 450 gr beef (lean ground)
- 260 gr bulk sausage
- 220 gr soft cheddar cheese
- 5 ml worcestershire sauce
- 3 gr garlic powder
- 2 gr oregano
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Saute sausage and drain on paper towels. In large frying pan saute ground beef and drain. Combine sausage and cheese with ground beef and cook until cheese is melted. Add worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and blend well. Spread on cocktail rye and sprinkle shredded Mozzarella on top. Bake at 180ÂșC or 10 minutes. These can be made ahead and frozen. Bake for dozen minutes if frozen.
