Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 150 gr sugar
- 120 gr hazlenuts
- 8 gr cocoa
- 4 gr lemon rind
- 2 gr vanilla extract
Add the sugar to the egg whites and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Add the remaining ingredients and fold in gently. Drop teaspoonsfuls of mixture on to a greased cookie sheet about 3 cm apart. Allow to stand. bake in oven 150ÂșC or half hour, Carefully transfer to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container. they will keep for weeks. servings depends on the size you make the cookies. ----
