Ingredients
- 170 gr tuna
- 80 ml fat-free mayonnaise
- 50 gr celery (chopped)
- 45 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 18 gr ripe olives (chopped)
- 1 gr thyme (crushed dried)
- 6 slices dark rye bread
- 6 slices fat free pasteurized cheese process cheese
Heat oven to 180ºC . Combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, green pepper, olives, and thyme; mix lightly. For each sandwich, top bread slice wtih quarter c. tuna mixture; cover with slice of cheese.
