Ingredients
- 8 egg
- 425 gr butter
- 375 gr bittersweet chocolate
- 240 gr strong coffee
- 200 gr sugar
- 130 gr unsweetened chocolate
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 23 cm springform pan. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, combine first 5 ingredients and cook, stirring, until melted. Remove from heat. In separate bowl, beat eggs. Stir into chocolate and pour into pan. Bake 50 60 minutes. Serve at room temperature. ----
