Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 60 gr garlic
- 60 ml dijon mustard
- 60 ml mayonnaise
- 34 gr scallions
- 18 gr pimentos
Halve eggs lengthwise. Scoop out yolks into a large bowl; set egg white halves aside. Mash yolks; blend in cheese spread, mayonnaise, scallions, pimentos and mustard until smooth. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Garnish with sliced scallions and serve.
