Ingredients
- 150 gr cubed potatoes (cooked new)
- 110 gr kraft healthy favorites
- 80 gr cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- 65 gr quartered zucchini
- 5 gr green onions (sliced)
- 1 gr basil leaves (minced fresh)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 1/2 packages cholester free egg (frozen)
Heat oven to 350'F. Spray 20 cm, ovenproof skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Layer potatoes, salt, pepper, zucchini, half cup cheese, onions and basil in skillet. Shake egg product well; pour over vegetables. Bake 22-25 minutes, or until set. Sprinkle with remaining half cup cheese and tomatoes. Heat broiler. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
