Ingredients
- 525 gr vanilla wafers
- 250 gr pumpkin pie mix
- 220 gr almonds (toasted)
- 100 gr powdered sugar
- 80 ml amaretto
- 1 gr cinnamon
In medium bowl, blend vanilla crumbs, 1 cup ground almonds, powdered sugar and cinnamon. Stir in pumpkin and amaretto. Form into 3 cm balls. Roll in remaining 0.75 cup ground almonds. Refrigerate. ----
