Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 bisquick
- 1/4 mushroom (pieces)
- 325 ml milk
- 280 gr chicken (cooked diced)
- 65 gr peas
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Heat oven to 400. Grease a ten inch pie plate. Mix chicken, peas, carrots, mushrooms and onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients in blender until smooth. (15 seconds) Pour into pie plate. Bake at 200ÂșC or 30-35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving. --
