Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 450 gr potatoes (cooked peeled)
- 110 gr ham (diced)
- 90 gr swiss cheese (grated)
- 65 gr green bell pepper (chopped)
- 60 gr green onions (chopped)
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 180ºC . Generously butter 23 cm pie dish. Whisk eggs, onions, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, cheese, ham, bell pepper and half and half. Stir to blend. Pour into prepared dish. Bake until set, about 1 hour 20 minutes. Cut into wedges.
