Ingredients
- 575 gr flour
- 250 gr glass jelly
- 240 gr coffee (cold)
- 200 gr nuts (chopped)
- 200 gr sugar
- 170 gr raisins (optional)
- 95 gr shortening
- 45 gr cocoa
- 18 gr baking powder
- 14 gr vanilla
- 8 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
Melt shortening. Add remaining ingredients, in order, with the flour sifted with the salt and baking powder. Drop by teaspoonfuls (or form balls) onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 180ÂșC or 10 to dozen minutes. Frost, if desired. Makes about 90 cookies; 20 per lb., frosted. NOTE: Increase flour to 6 cups for a double batch. Input: 0. 366300366300.36
