Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (thick)
- 1/2 croutons (plain)
- 120 ml pesto sauce
- 40 gr sundried tomatoes (chopped)
Mix croutons, pesto sauce, and tomatoes. Stuff pork chops or pork roast. Bake, uncovered, at 160ºC -350F for about 1 hour, or until brown. Cover tightly with foil, and continue baking until done.
