Ingredients
- 3 dashi
- 30 ml rice vinegar
- 16 ml soy sauce (light)
- 2 gr ginger (grated fresh)
This is a basic vinaigrette-style dressing that works well with shredded vegetables. IN A BOWL, whisk together the ingredients. Toss with salad ingredients and serve chilled or at room temperature. Makes 0.75 Cup
