Ingredients
- 2 chickens up (cut)
- 1 flour egg matzo meal (beaten)
- 1 apricot jam
- 1 mushrooms (optional)
- 350 ml duck sauce
- 120 ml ketchup
- 60 ml vinegar
- 55 gr brown sugar
Coat chicken pieces in flour, dip in egg, roll in matzo meal. Bake 30 min. at 180ºC .\\Bring remaining ings. to a boil and pour over c hicken. Bake 1 hour at 180ºC and one hour at 150ºC . Mushrooms may be added for the second hour.
