Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 lemonade
- 1 egg
- 120 ml chicken broth
- 60 ml cream (heavy)
- 45 ml mustard (whole grain)
- 30 gr pecans
- 28 gr bread crumbs (fresh)
- 20 ml walnut oil
- 12 gr flour
- 10 ml mustard (whole grain)
Heat well and swirl in mustard. Season to taste. Pour over chicken and serve. Serves 4.
