Ingredients
- 2 squares unsweetened
- 400 gr sugar
- 200 gr peanuts (chopped)
- 120 ml water (cold)
- 50 gr corn sirup
- 4 gr vanilla
Grate chocolate. Add water, sugar, and sirup. Boil to soft ball stage (234 110ºC ). Remove from fire. Add peanuts and flavoring. Cool slightly. Beat until mixture begins to crystalize. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Mrs. Bertha E. Thorson, Osage, MI.
