- 475 ml boiling water
- 475 ml vanilla ice cream
- 60 ml lime juice
- 4 gr lime peel (grated)
- 1 package packaged graham cracker
Crumb Crust COOL WHIP Non-Dairy Whipped Topping, thawed, optional Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lime peel and juice. Spoon in ice-cream, stirring until melted and smooth. Chill until mixture will mound from spoon. Spoon gelatin mixture into crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired. Preparation Time: 15 minutes Chilling Time: 2 hours
