Ingredients
- 5 bisquick biscuit mix
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 180 ml buttermilk
- 110 gr butter
- 60 ml club soda
- 32 gr granulated sugar
- 3 gr salt
Preheat oven to 230ºC Combine all of the ingredients and knead by hand until smooth. Flour your hands, pat the dough flat to 2 cm thickness on waxed paper and punch out biscuits with a biscuit cutter. Bake on greased sheet for dozen minutes or until golden brown.
