Ingredients
- 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 sauerkraut o
- 1 bisquick
- 3/4 kielbasa in
- 5/8 cheese any kind (grated)
- 350 ml beer
- 240 ml milk
- 180 ml sour cream
- 60 ml mustard
- 40 gr onions
- 34 gr peppers
4 hours before serving: chop up 0.75 lb. kielbasa in can of beer, Let stand. Com bine pimento, onions, peppers, cheese and saurkraut in large pie plate. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix with spoon until smooth. Pour over kielbasa mixture . Bake in preheated oven at 200ÂșC or 35 to 40 minutes. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD" busted by Judy R.
