Ingredients
- 2 1/2 shallots
- 1,900 ml water
- 180 ml watercress
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper
Finely chop the shallots. Put all the ingredients into a soup pot & simmer for 45 minutes. Season & serve.
