Ingredients
- 60 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 6 gr garlic (minced)
- 4 gr salt
- 2 gr lemon peel (grated)
- 1 gr mint (dried)
- 1 gr pepper (freshly ground)

1. Make marinade: Combine oil, lemon peel, lemon juice, garlic, mint, salt and pepper in large bowl. Set aside.
2. Add meat, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
3. Remove meat from refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling. Heat grill.
Thread 6 skewers alternately with meat, mint leaf, green onion, beginning and ending with meat. Grill over medium-hot heat dozen to 15 minutes for lamb, dozen minutes for beef, turning frequently and basting every 3 minutes with remaining marinade. Garnish with lemon wedges.
