Ingredients
- 2 bakers ammonia
- 2 eggs
- 500 gr sugar
- 475 ml milk
- 190 gr shortening
- 30 ml milk
- 5 ml oil of lemon
Flour Soak ammonia over night in pint of milk. Beat eggs seperately and ad 2 T. milk to yolks. Mix dough stiff and roll thin. Prick well with fork and bake. Note: No temperature given. 220ÂșC . ?
