Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 creme filled chocola (crushed)
- 250 gr chocolate (white)
- 425 ml cream cheese
- 100 gr sugar
- 14 gr margarine
- 2 gr vanilla
BASE: Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 23 cm springform pan. Bake at 350, 10 minutes. BODY: Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in white chocolate; mix well. Pour over crust. Bake at 350, 40 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Garnish if desired.
