Macadamia Nut Cookies

Recipe by: Beverly Salinger, YMCG78A Preheat oven to 160ºC Blend flour, butter, sugar and orange peel until mixture holds together in a smooth ball. Stir in macadamia nuts. Chill 30 minutes. Place dough between wax paper and roll out to 1 cm thickness. Cut diagonally into 5 cm diamonds. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15-18 minutes. RECIPE COURTESY: My mom, Rose Salinger. ----
