Ingredients
- 1 gelatin (envelope unflavored)
- 1 mint sprigs for (fresh garnish)
- 550 gr mango gelatin mixture (into)
- 240 ml whipping cream
- 80 ml lime juice
- 60 gr rum (optional)
- 26 gr sifted powdered sugar
- 9 packages pieplate according to directions
Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Spread over filling. Garnish, if desired. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
