- 180 ml buttermilk
- 160 gr all purpose flour
- 130 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 40 gr maple syrup
- 14 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
Tablespoon. unsalted butter Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside. Place syrup and butter in small saucepan; heat, stirring occasionally, over low heat until completely blended.
