Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 325 gr maple syrup
- 280 gr flour
- 140 gr nuts (chopped)
- 120 ml milk
- 100 gr sugar (white)
- 95 gr soft shortening
- 14 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
Sift dry ingredients together into bowl. Add syrup, shortening and milk; beat 2 minutes. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes. Add choppeed nuts and mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured 23 cm pans. Bake in 350� oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost. By Pamela Graves Serves 18
