Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 325 gr maple syrup
- 190 gr flour
- 130 gr brown sugar
- 120 gr walnuts
- 110 gr butter
- 65 gr maple sugar
- 5 gr flour
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Combine flour, quarter cup sugar and butter in bowl. With fork, mix until consistency of fine corn meal. Press mix into greased 9 x 33 cm pan. Bake at 350� for 15 minutes. Combine sugars and syrup in small saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour over beaten eggs, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients, except nuts. Pour mix over baked crust.
