Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 green pepper
- 1 pepper (red)
- 1 spanish onion
- 600 gr kidney beans
- 450 gr chick peas
- 450 gr beans (yellow)
- 450 gr green beans
- 450 gr lima beans
- 240 ml vinegar
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 160 ml oil
- 6 gr salt
- 3 gr pepper
Mix the marinade items and shake well. Then add the drained beans and the finely cut up ingredients to the marinade. Let stand in the fridge for a day or two before using.
