Ingredients
- 6 marlin steaks
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 230 ml tomato sauce
- 16 ml worchestershire sauce
- 16 ml oil
- 1 gr pepper
Place fish in glass baking dish. Heat oil in skillet, add onion and green pepper. Saute 2-3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and pour sauce over steaks. Bake at 180ÂșC for 45 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
