- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 cabbage head
- 1 hungarian paprika (optional)
- 1,600 gr corned beef brisket
- 700 ml water
- 4 slices carrots (sliced)
- 3 slices potatoes (sliced)
- 1 slice bermuda onion thinly (sliced)
vegetables after 15 minutes. Vegetables should be tender when done. Discard bay leaves and let stand a few minutes before serving.
