Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 375 gr flour
- 280 gr chocolate mint wafers (solid)
- 230 gr margarine
- 200 gr sugar
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 16 ml water
- 5 ml soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Walnuts Beat well and add dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Open a 9 ounce package of solid chocolate mint wafers. Enclose each wafer completely in a tablespoon of cookie dough. Place on a greased baking sheet, 5 cm apart and top with a walnut. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375. ----
