Ingredients
- 1 bitter chocolate (square)
- 250 gr sugar (white)
- 240 gr coffee
- 130 gr flour
- 120 ml milk
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 28 gr butter
- 22 gr cocoa
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Melt chocolate and butter together add 0.75 c sugar, flour, baking powder and salt and blend well. Combine milk and vanilla. Add and mix well. Pour into greased pan and combine white and brown sugar and cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour coffee over top. Bake at 180ÂșC for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
