Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1 egg
- 1 salt
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 100 gr sugar
- 65 gr pecans
- 65 gr flour
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
Beat egg in medium bowl. Add sugars, vanilla, salt, flour and baking powder and mix well. Stir in apples and pecans.
Spread ingredients into greased 23 cm pie plate. Bake at 180ÂșC or half hour. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
