Ingredients
- 2 yogourt silhouette no fat dripped
- 600 gr strawberries
- 250 gr flour
- 180 ml buttermilk
- 60 ml canola oil
- 16 ml buttermilk
- 14 gr sugar
- 9 gr baking powder
- 4 gr sugar
- 2 gr salt
- 2 gr baking soda
In bowl stir together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and baking soda. = Add oil and 0.75 cup buttermilk. Stir together. Lightly flour work area. Put on dough and kneed gently for half 1 = minute until its balled. Pat or roll out to 3 cm thick (approx. 20 cm circle or cut into = individual servings). Lay on cookie sheet. Make glaze by mixing together 1 T buttermilk and 1 t sugar. Brush glaze = on top of dough. Bake in 425 oven for ? (until browned at least) Cool on rack. Slice shortcake in half. Spread half of dripped yogurt on bottom. Add half sliced strawberries. Put on top and repeat with yogurt and strawberries.
