Ingredients
- 20 nonstick spray coating
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 oat bran
- 290 gr unpeeled apples (shredded)
- 130 gr sugar
- 85 gr all purpose flour
- 85 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 75 gr brown sugar
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 7 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 1 gr allspice (ground)
Powdered sugar Spray a 13x9x2 inch baking pan with nonstick coating; set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine sugars, oil, and egg whites. Beat with a wooden spoon till well blended. Add sugars, oat bran, baking soda, cinnamon, and allspice or nutmeg; stir just till moistened. Stir in shredded apples. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in a 180ÂșC oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
